After upgrading to build 12.2.1.4 OSB Returns Different Content Type For Responses (Doc ID 2830275.1)

Symptoms

After upgrading from build 12.2.1.2 to 12.2.1.4, the OSB project returns a different content type for the response even though contentType = "application/json" is selected.

In 12.2.1.2 the response was "application/json" while in 12.2.1.4.0 the response is returning "text/xml".
