Symptoms

On : APEX 18.1+ version, Administration

When attempting to upgrade APEX to 21.2,
the following error occurs.

ERROR

ORA-00922: missing or invalid option
ORA-06512: at line 52


STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. @apexins TS_APEX TS_FILES TEMP /i/


Changes

 Created new tablespaces to install APEX using Toad
