Symptoms

Installed OUD 12c, and trying the specific ldapsearch, getting the error "The request control with Object Identifier (OID) "1.3.6.1.4.1.4203.666.5.16" cannot be used due to insufficient access rights"

 

Reproduce steps

1. Create some users.

* There is no error if you try the command using a root user "cn=DS_ADMIN"
