ORDS Application Deployed on WebLogic Server goes into DB Authentication Loops (Doc ID 2832374.1)

Symptoms

ORDS has been deployed to 2 node WebLogic cluster. If the application is ran using the node1 the user can successfully log in, but if the URL is ran from node2 the user is prompted for credentials repeatedly and the application is not logged.

If ORDS is ran in standalone mode on node2 then the application runs successfully and the user can log in. The issue occurs when ORDS is deployed to WebLogic. Both servers are connecting to the same database instance.
