Imaging Input Agent Is Not Adding Time to a Date Field (Doc ID 2833829.1)

Symptoms

The WebCenter Content: Imaging Input Agent has been to pick the scan date value as "yyyyMMddHHmmss" in the Manage Input section.  However, the Input Agent is only assigning the date value to the application field, and skipping the time HHmmss values.
