Reports Taking Domain Name Instead of IP Address (Doc ID 283403.1)

Symptoms

 Users are calling the Forms from the browser using a URL with IP Address of the 9iAS
eg: http://xx.xx.xxx:7778/forms90/f90servlet .....

The Form has a menu which calls a report using web.show_document.
eg: WEB.SHOW_DOCUMENT('/reports/rwservlet?server=servername.......
Still while running the reports it takes domain name instead of IP address.
