Symptoms
There is a conflict seen when applying Jan 2022 12.2.1.4 ADF patch and Jan 2022 12.2.1.4 Third-Party SPU due to a difference of fixes in the newer patches compared to older patches (<Patch 33313802>, <Patch 32880070>) released in Oct 2021 and April 2021 respectively
Following error seen:
If conflicts are found between patches from different products, then all the newest versions of the patches for all those products need to be applied together using "napply"
