Symptoms

When calling Tuxedo service using tpcall(), it returns by TPESYSTEM and following error message output in ULOG

205743.machine!server.60173.1502199008.0: LIBTUX_CAT:1577: ERROR: Service TOUPPER not available in group GROUP1
205743.machine!server.60173.1502199008.0: LIBTUX_CAT:4053: ERROR: Routing function failed
