Error Creating JMS Session from Remote JMS Client Application (Doc ID 2836327.1)

Symptoms

On : 12.2.1.3.0 version, JMS call fail from JMS client application, the following error occurs on client side.

 

Changes

 After applying the October 2021 PSU patch below security warning was coming, to mitigate that "Remote anonymous RMI access via T3" was disable as instructed in the <Note 2795381.1> for the security warning message ID: 091023 as shown below:
