Oracle Identity Manager (OIM) 11.1.2.3 User Defined Field (UDF) Attributes Added to an Existing Role Attributes Are Not Updatable (Doc ID 2837348.1)

In OIM 11.1.2.3 Identity Self Service Console, added two custom UDFs into the Manage/Roles in the Attributes tab for an existing Role.

The two custom UDF's were added in Modify Role -> Data Component - Role -> RoleDetailsVO

When trying to update the two custom UDF Attributes, the Apply button is not enabled so the the values are not updated.
