Trusted Resource User Delete Reconciliation Deletes Unexpected Users in OIM and Target Systems

Symptoms
The User have an environment where they use a DBAT Connector to reconciliation their accounts from a trusted source RDBMS to an OIM.
If they deletes the account from the RDBMS, performs deletion reconciliation, and presses the stop button from the job details screen while the job is running, the unexpect user accounts will be deleted.
In this case, two accounts were supposed to be deleted in OIM and target systems, but the issue caused thousands of accounts to be deleted.
