WebLogic Admin Console Login Fails After Enabling LoadBalancer at the Front End (Doc ID 2844812.1)

Goal

SSL terminates at LoadBalancer app gateway (Azure app gateway).
LoadBalancer doesn't have the ability to rewrite headers so RequestHeader WL-Proxy-SSL cannot be made to true. As a result, login to the WLS Admin Console via SSL port fails.

Is there a way to turn off this check while authentication is done?
