Running Script Load File Fails with "SP2-0310: unable to open file" (Doc ID 2844820.1)

Symptoms

When running the script_systemLoad.sql to create schemas in the database, the following errors occurs:

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1.  Login to sqlplus, $ sqlplus <user>/<password>@<servicename>

2.  Run the script from SQL,  SQL> @/tmp/RCUdate_timestamp_random_number/logs/script_systemLoad.sql
