Symptoms
Unable to login or acquire ticket via CSDT. Receiving Errors such as the following in Sites:
"Failed to acquire ticket\ncom.fatwire.wem.sso.SSOException: Failed to acquire ticket, Server returned HTTP response code: 500 for URL"
and the following in the Managed Server log:
"oracle.security.jps.JpsException: JPS-00027: There was an internal error: java.sql.SQLException: ORA-28001: the password has expired"
