Seen a lot of instability one of session caches since adding Federation. Recently, user has seen where some normal admin type operations (in particular, restarting a storage node) causes the whole cluster to fail which results in consumer impact. There is a ton of side caches (and a few other session caches) that all use Federation without issue. Need to find out what is going on with this particular session cache and why it crashed.
