Symptoms

Following:   OUD 12c : How to Install and Configure Oracle Directory Integration Platform ( DIP 12c ) for Oracle Unified Directory 12c With an Example (Doc ID 2306429.1).

While following the step below from the documentation referenced:

Oracle® Fusion Middleware  Administering Oracle Directory Integration Platform  12c (12.2.1.4.0)
Chapter 5 Configuring Oracle Unified Directory
Section 5.2.7 Configuring Oracle Directory Integration Platform for Oracle Unified Directory

The following command from the above step fails:

$ keytool -export-cert -alias admin-cert -keystore config/admin-keystore -storepass:file config/admin-keystore.pin -file oud-server-admin-cert.cer
Cannot find file: config/admin-keystore.pin
keytool -exportcert [OPTION]...

Unable able to see / find the admin-keystore.pin file. There is no .pin file in the config folder. A .pin file is not created / does not exist in the /<instance_home>/OUD/config/ folder.

Changes

 OUD is patched to 12.2.1.4.210406.
