Symptoms

While running FSAL 12.2.1.4.0, an error is received:

  >java -jar <PATH_TO>\forms\java\frmsal.jar -url "http://<SERVER>:<PORT>/forms/frmservlet?config=standaloneapp"


BUSINESS IMPACT
Due to this issue, the migration to 12.2.1.4.0 is stopped.
