Goal

While doing the "Upgrading Oracle Identity Manager Schemas Using the Upgrade Assistant" step while upgrading from OIM 12cPS3 to OIM 12cPS4

The SQL output shows that the OIM and SOAINFRA schemas have been upgraded to version 12.2.1.4.0 however the MDS and OPSS schemas show versions 12.2.1.3.0 and 12.2.1.0.0, respectively:
