ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

Request One-Off Patch 29264247 on top of Patch 33281437 (SOA BP Oct 2021)

I have to create a new golden image for SOA Suite 12.2.1.3 based on WLS PSU Oct 2021 + all recommended bundled patches + some one-off patches required.
I was able to apply Patch 29264247 on top of patch 32944190;SOA Bundle Patch 12.2.1.3.210530.

But now opatch reports a patch conflict when trying to apply it on top of Patch 33281437: SOA BUNDLE PATCH 12.2.1.3.210826


The README of the new bundled patch does not report the fix for bug 29264247 to be included.
