Symptoms

Oracle Identity Governance (OIG) 12.2.1.4.0 with an 11.1.1.6 Active Directory Connector cloned from another env, the Evaluate User Policies runs but users are not added to groups in OIG.

The OIG server shows a stuck thread on an orchprocess and remains in Pending with status of CHILDACTIVE
