Error While Trying to Export the RESTful Services

While trying to export the RESTful Services the action is getting failed with the following error.

ORA-06502: PL/SQL: numeric or value error: character string buffer too small

The error appears to be with the length of the query defined in the Handler as the same service can be exported after truncating the query.
