FTP Adapter - Unable To Load The Custom Wsdl In 12c Migration From 11g (Doc ID 2849071.1)

Symptoms

On : 12.2.1.4.0 version,

As part of our code migration from SOA 11.1.1.7 to 12.2.1.4 , the ftp adapter in the SOA composite is unable to load the custom wsdl in 12c from 11g and when trying to deploy the SOA composite in 12.2.1.4 , the composite is not picking the file from FTP location due to the same issue.

Following error was observed in Jdeveloper.
