Please indicate from where Oracle Enterprise Pack for Eclipse 11g R1 (11.1.1.8) for OSB 11.1.1.7 can be downloaded.

When trying to download it from the "Oracle Enterprise Pack for Eclipse Previous Releases" page available at below link,
https://www.oracle.com/tools/downloads/oepe-archive-downloads.html there is no downloadable for 11.1.1.7 version.
