Trying to invoke rwbuilder.sh fails to open Reports Builder.

Invoking rwbuilder.sh fails with error:

REP-50125: rwbuilder.conf:oracle.xml.parser.v2.XMLParseException: End tag does not match start tag 'server'.
java.lang.NullPointerException
