Dependent Choice List is Not Updating in Capture Server (Doc ID 2850041.1)

Symptoms

There is a dependent choice list in Capture server.  In this case, the choice list for the parent values which has total length of greater than 35 in not populating.  Other choice list with less than 35 are populating.

Note that the Dependent Choice List is pulling from the WCC schema.  If the Parent choice list exceeds 35 characters, then it's not populating and the choice list fails.
