Goal

The goal of this document is to show an alternative to 'wget' and 'curl' commands to test webpages
from the command line on MS Windows similar to what is often done on UNIX/LINUX platforms.
Often the use of these tools is used to test URLs against our Oracle HTTP Server Web Server or
the HTTP Listener that comes with Oracle WebLogic Server. However often these tools are not
installed by default on Windows platforms.
