Symptoms

Observing inconsistency with regards to the search results when searching for a particular string.

For example, when searching for the word "Roster", a document having 31 instances of the word "Roster" was on page 8 of the search results.

A document having 31 instances of the word "Roster" should be on page 1 instead of page 8 of the search results.
