ESSO: Patch 33508808 Conflicts With Patch 31734404 (Doc ID 2850987.1)

Symptoms

After applying Patch 33508808, users are once again reporting the issue with multiple windows being opened in the Microsoft Edge Chromium browser, that was previously resolved with Patch 31734404 on top of ESSO-LM 11.1.2.3.2.

Both Patches were created on top of ESSO-LM 11.1.2.3.2 to address separate issues with the web helper support for the Microsoft Edge Chromium and Google Chrome web browsers.
