Symptoms
ISSUE

User is unable to check out a document originally created and made multiple revision to in the past.
Document security has not changed.
Trace logs shows following:
ERROR

Content Server Request Failed
Unable to check out ''. User '' does not have sufficient privileges to access the content account ''
STEPS TO REPLICATE
-----------------------
1. Check-in a document.
2. Make multiple revisions to it.
3. Check-out the document.
4. Above referenced error is noted.
BUSINESS IMPACT
-----------------------
User(s) is unable to check-out documents with multiple revisions that they authored.
