<AF:TABLE> Component's Last Column's Header Truncated When "columnStretching" Property Is Set And There Is No Data To Display (Doc ID 2851736.1)

Symptoms

An ADF 12.2.1.4.0 application has a page with an component having "columnStretching" property set.

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
When there is no data to display, the table's last column header gets truncated in Firefox, Edge and Chrome browsers, but that does not happen in Internet Explorer browser.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
The last column header should be fully visible.

WORKAROUND
-----------------
Removing "columnStretching" and adjusting the "width" value for the component may help to work around the issue.
