Symptoms
When navigating from one form to another with "call_forms", the focus of the newly opened forms is lost.
The cursor should be in the first navigable field, but it is not set and user cannot start typing.
This also happens with OK buttons and not only with input fields.
It is intermittent: Sometimes user can see that the focus and cursor are set correctly, but then the form flashes shortly and the focus/cursor is gone. User then have to explicitly click in a field to restore focus.
Reproducing only with Java 11
All of these errors do not occur when we use Java 1.8 to run FSAL.
