Symptoms


There is an exception at 9:38 on February 3, 2022 (log1.png) reporting that the storage rule STORAGEFS2014S2 is missing ('Caused By: intradoc.data.DataException: !csFsStorageRuleMissing,STORAGEFS2014S2').
This has caused that, since then, the documents inserted in UCM-DESA do not complete the check-in process and remain in a state ('DONE') in which they cannot be retrieved from the interfaces (MTOM2) or from the UCM Console
