Last updated on MAY 28, 2022

Applies to:

Identity Manager - Version 12.2.1.4.200624 and later
Information in this document applies to any platform.

Symptoms

User details show empty like "User Details []" instead of "User Detail [TEST USER]" after setting/modifying the default value of "Rows Displayed" parameter to some other number (example:50) in the user list certification page.

and also there are other three issues observed along with this issue.

1. While certifying/revoking the user's account/entitlements, getting the below error in UI.

2. If selected user has any Roles/Applications/entitlements, then it is showing all roles/Applications/entitlements for all users belonging to the reviewer/certifier instead of showing only for the specific selected user's roles/Applications/entitlements .

3. When there is no change on "Row Displayed" parameter, while clicking on "Back To Summary" of the User Details "UserLoginB", Previous user "UserLoginA" details  are displayed instead of selected one "UserloginB"

Note here is that everything works fine If default value (10) of “Rows Displayed” parameter are not modified.

Steps To Reproduce the Issues:
====================

Issue1:
1. Create User Certification and run the certification task.
2. Login as reviewer/certifier and open the user certification task assigned to him.
3. Set/Modify the default value (10) of “Rows Displayed” to some other number (ex: 50).
4. Open any User "TESTUSER" from the list and
5. We could see that opened user details shows empty like "User Details []" instead of "User Detail [TEST USER]

Issue2:
1. Follow all the steps from Issue1 section
2.  And it showing all the user's access under the "User Access" details.
3. And also while certifying/revoking the user, getting the reported error in UI.

Issue3:
1. Create User Certification and run the certification task.
2. Login as reviewer/certifier and open the user certification task assigned to him.
3. Don't change default value (10) of “Rows Displayed”.
4. Open any User "UserLoginA" from the list and
5. We could see that opened user details shows properly like this "User Detail[UserLoginA]" and it user's access under "User Access" tab
6. Now click on "Back To Summary" and select any other user like "UserLoginB"
7. And now we are seeing previous user "UserLoginA" details only instead of selected one "UserloginB".
