On : 12.2.1.4.0 version, OSB Transports

Oracle Service Bus 12.2.1.4 converting numeric to string and special char are converted to junk char

We upgraded WLS/OSB and Java from 12.2.1.1 to 12.2.1.4 jdk1.8.0_172 to jdk1.8.0_281.

After which we facing below issue
1. Special Charecter are being converted to Junk Character
2. Numeric are converted to String
