Document Naming Has Changed Since Applying Bundle Patch (Doc ID 2858000.1)

Goal

When using <Document Title> in the file naming in the Commit Processor the file name is coming out [File_Name].tif.pdf. Is there a reason it is adding the .tif in the extensions?
