Symptoms

BLW: XAER_RMFAIL : Resource manager is unavailable & JMSWMQ0019: Failed to disconnect from queue man

Encountered with issues with IBM MQ and SOA JMS Adapter after MQ QM was down/restarted in there production system with sever service loose. The MQ get swamped with disconnect messages and is writing FDC files.

JMS adapter was not connecting back to MQ after recovery.
