Diagnostic Store Caused CPU Spikes (Doc ID 2858962.1)

Symptoms

While a cluster is configured with many managed servers, it is suspected that a CPU spike was triggered in one hour basis by weblogic diagnostic store for all clustered servers within the same time. Although the CPU time only spiked a small percentage per server, the CPU spike in total for all of servers together would be considered a heavy CPU spike. In particular, the CPU spike happen during the day time business hours, which has a negative impact on the business operations.
