Admin Server Takes Over Three Minutes To Start Up (Doc ID 2860054.1)

Symptoms

This case is happening in a highly-available WebLogic 12.2.1.4 environment that is clustered across two server machines.

The Admin Server is taking a very long time to start up (at least three minutes).

Experiencing slow start up time and/or Managed Servers cannot establish connection with Admin Server.

And when shutting down the managed server on the second node, it takes a very long time to shut down (some long minutes).


Cannot see any obvious errors in the logs.
