Large Emails Fail to Import and a New, Empty Capture Batch in Created Every Few Minutes

WebCenter Enterprise Capture is not able to import files larger than 4MB. It is taking a long time to process them. The process creates a new, empty batch for these large emails every few minutes with a new batch name and timestamp. This seems to only be happening with one workspace. Smaller batches are getting processed correctly.
