Symptoms

Starting standalone OHS via the startComponent scrip takes too long time.

The problem persists even after following steps from the Note:2006106.1 Starting OHS 12c (12.1.2+, 12.2.1.0+) via startComponent Script takes several minutes on a Linux Virtual Machine
