Symptoms

Starting the WLS Admin and Managed servers takes a very long time, about 1.5 hours each.

Based on the startup log, it takes very long to initialize OPSS.
Enhancing the logging level shows OPSS performing many operations on DB.
Checking the AWR on DB side doesn't show anything abnormal.
Only seen after upgrading the AIX Operating System (OS) on the Database (DB) Server from AIX 7.1 to 7.2

Changes

DB host OS upgrade from AIX 7.1 to AIX 7.2.
