Symptoms
1) After RDBMS Jan 2022 Patch we are facing below issue
$ sqlplus ****@<TNS ENTRY>

ORA-28045: SSL authentication between database and OID failed
Enter user-name:
2) The trace file shows:
kzld_discover received ldaptype: OID
kzldbind: performing SSL one way authentication
KZLD_ERR: DB-OID SSL auth failed. Err=554
KZLD is doing LDAP unbind
KZLD_ERR: found err from kzldini.
3) ldapbind/ldapsearch commands works fine using SSL
