[OID] Initial Password Expiry Time: 0 is Wrong Displayed in ODSM

Symptoms
--Fresh install of OID.
-- Using ODSM to view the default password policy
DN: cn=default,cn=pwdPolicies,cn=Common,cn=Products,cn=OracleContext,dc=<DN>
It shows "Password Expiry Time: 0 seconds
However, searching the password policy at command line shows:
dn: cn=default,cn=pwdPolicies,cn=Common,cn=Products,cn=OracleContext,dc=<DN>
with pwdmaxage=10368000 (which correspond to 120 days)
Steps to reproduce testcase
---------------------------
1. Install fresh OID
2. check in ODSM for cn=default,cn=pwdPolicies,cn=Common,cn=Products,cn=OracleContext,dc=<DN> it is "Password Expiry Time: 0 seconds"
3. ldapsearch -p 3060 -D cn=orcladmin -w <PASSWORD> -s sub -b "cn=default,cn=pwdPolicies,cn=Common,cn=Products,cn=OracleContext,dc=<DN>" objectclass=* pwdmaxage
-> there is in output:pwdmaxage=10368000
