--Fresh install of OID.
-- Using ODSM to view the default password policy
DN: cn=default,cn=pwdPolicies,cn=Common,cn=Products,cn=OracleContext,dc=<DN>
It shows  "Password Expiry Time: 0 seconds

However, searching the password policy at command line shows:

Steps to reproduce testcase
---------------------------
1.  Install fresh OID
2. check in ODSM for cn=default,cn=pwdPolicies,cn=Common,cn=Products,cn=OracleContext,dc=<DN> it is "Password Expiry Time: 0 seconds"
3.  ldapsearch -p 3060 -D cn=orcladmin -w <PASSWORD> -s sub -b "cn=default,cn=pwdPolicies,cn=Common,cn=Products,cn=OracleContext,dc=<DN>" objectclass=* pwdmaxage
