One of the Kubernetes Worker Nodes fails with BEA-090402 Authentication denied: Boot identity not valid, when starting the OIG pod on it (Doc ID 2863285.1)

Symptoms

When scaling up Oracle Identity Governance (OIG) in a Kubernetes cluster, one of the worker nodes consistently fails to bring up the pod successfully. The logs show a problem with the boot.properties and replacing the file does not help.

 

Changes

Scaled up the OIG Cluster and added another replica. This new replica was scheduled to run on the faulty worker node.
