Goal

In the FMW Upgrade Guide there is a reference to using a Non-SYSDBA user in an Oracle Database to upgrade the schemas.
Is there a similar functionality to run the Upgrade Assistant(UA) as a Non-SYSADMN user in the IBM DB2 Database?
