Unable To Target Usermessagingdriver-email In Deployments From Admin Console (Doc ID 2864935.1)

Symptoms

On : 12.2.1.4.0 version, BPEL Service Engine

We are tying to setup UMS Email configuration in our PROD server.

The same setup worked in all lower environments. Following error is seen based on the logs.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

To START USERMESSAGINGDRIVER-EMAIL DRIVER :
1.1 Open and login to weblogic console.
1.2 Go to deployments and locate usermessagingdriver-email.
1.3 Click lock & Edit.
1.4 Go to targets, select all and add soa & osb cluster.
1.5 save and activate
