OIM SCIM Groups/.search TotalResults Is False (Doc ID 2865090.1)

Goal

Request a Groups/.search with any filter. The data records in the response an the value of totalResults represents the number of records.
But as soon as you add one of the parameters startIndex, count or both, the value of totalResults is always 0 in the response, but the delivered data records are ok.
totalResults should be always the same value with/without the parameters like it is in the case of a User/.search only for comparison.
