Enterprise Manager Fusion Middleware Control Login Fails after Installing or Upgrading to Java 8u331 (or later - April 2022 CPU or later)

After submitting login credentials to access Enterprise Manager Fusion Middleware Control (EM FMWc), the user is redirected to a blank page with looping error page(/em/faces/helppages/errorPage.jspx). This occurs once Java is upgraded to JDK 1.8.0_331(or later) as part of April 2022(or later) CPU patching. The issue would also occur with later JDK versions(1.8.0_331+).
The following is seen in the browser after submitting credentials and identifying targets phase. The user is presented with a looping blank error page. The URI is, /em/faces/helppages/errorPage.jspx
From the log file AdminServer-diagnostic.log:
The WebLogic Domain had Java upgraded to 1.8.0_331 (version 8u331) or later.
