Symptoms

User reported that during federation cache sync one of the ECS nodes is not replicating any. Intermittently sync happens successfully on both the sites but user could see one of the ECS nodes seems to be not replicating intermittently. The attributes like "ReplicatePercent" etc. are being updated in other nodes unlike one particular node that is failing to complete the replicate.
