On : 12.2.1.3.0 version, OFR Runtime Server

WebVerifier Loading Data Dialog Spins for a Very Long time and Website Has To Be Restarted Frequently to Fix.

WebVerifier is often slow, with the Loading Project progress bar and the Loading Data progress bar windows processing for many minutes.

Once the business reports the problem, restarting IIS helps the WebVerifier page operate properly again. However, sometimes even the IIS restart doesn't work, and the Windows server must be restarted.
